4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped bite sized
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup flour (rice)
combine chicken, egg and salt in bowl and combine
add pepper, cornstarch and flour, mix well to coat evenly.
deep fry over high heat in small batches
sauce:
1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup sugar
1 TBSP soy sauce
1 dash tabasco
3/4 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
combine. coat chicken with sauce just before serving
serve over rice
