Peach-Tomato Salad with Basil and Feta

Ingredients:
1 large tomato cut in wedges
1 large peach cut in slices
2 T chopped fresh basil
1 t olive oil
1 t red wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1 ounce crumbled feta (regular or reduced fat)

Directions:
Mix everything in a bowl and serve right away. Makes 2 salads.
